How many devices does one subscription cover?

The most common question before buying. Short answer: a standard subscription includes one simultaneous connection.

The word that matters is *simultaneous*. You may install the app on the TV and the phone; the limit is not installations but the number of streams open at the same time.

What that means day to day

• A match running in the living room means a film in the bedroom needs a second connection.
• Leaving the app open on your phone and then switching on the TV counts as a second connection — an app running in the background may not release it.
• Changing channels on the same device does not open a new connection.

If you see "device busy"

Usually the app is still running in the background on another device:

1. Close it completely there, including from the recent-apps list.
2. Wait a minute or two — the server releases the connection in that time.
3. Open the stream again.

If the message appears with no second device in use, a connection did not close cleanly. Write to us from the support page and we will reset the session.

For more than one screen at home

An additional connection. A second simultaneous connection is added to the same subscription, so two screens can run different channels. Current options: packages page

A separate subscription. For a second household — family in another city — a separate subscription with its own credentials makes more sense.

Why sharing credentials backfires

Passing the details outside your household produces two results: constant "busy" messages while you are watching, and simultaneous logins from different cities that trigger the account security check.
