Unlimited Entertainment: Our VOD Library Explained

How the On-Demand Library Works
Alongside live channels, an IPTV subscription includes an on-demand archive: films and series you start whenever you like.
How it differs from live channels
Live channels follow a schedule. The archive does not — you choose the title, the episode and the moment. Set against the cost of separate film and sports subscriptions, the full picture is in Cut the Cord: Save $1000+ a Year.
Practical consequences:
- No waiting for a broadcast slot
- Pause and resume where you stopped
- No commercial breaks in the middle
- Watch a series at your own pace rather than one episode a week
Finding your way around
The archive is usually split into Movies and Series sections, with genre, year and country filters. On long lists the filters save far more time than scrolling.
Adding titles to favourites builds a watchlist for later.
Quality versions
As with live channels, a title may exist in several qualities. If SD opens by default, look for the FHD version — the difference is more visible in films than in live television. Documentaries in particular benefit from the archive's pause-and-resume over a scheduled broadcast: For the Curious: Best Documentary Channels.

When a title will not open
If most titles play and one does not, that title's source is being refreshed. Send us the name and we will look at it.
If the archive section will not load at all, refresh it from within the app (Refresh VOD). The archive loads separately from live channels and takes longer on first open.
Further steps: common problems and fixes
Updates
The archive is updated regularly — new seasons and recent releases are added over time.
See the scope yourself
The only way to judge an archive is to browse it. Take a 24-hour free trial and look for the titles you actually want.
